1. “It matters which side we choose. Even if there will never be more light than darkness. Even if there can be no more joy in the galaxy than there is pain. For every action we undertake, for every word we speak, for every life we touch—it matters. I don’t turn toward the light because it means someday I’ll ‘win’ some sort of cosmic game. I turn toward it because it is the light.”
This is my favourite quote in the whole of the novel Master & Apprentice and I love when Rael Aveross repeats it to Dooku at the end.
2. “I’m coming to believe that we must all interpret the Code for ourselves or it ceases to be a living pact and becomes nothing but a prison cell.”
I also love this quote because it its what separated Qui-Gon from the rest of the Jedi and shows exactly why he was so much smarter and more aware then the rest of them.
3. “Give a Wookiee bantha meat, and he'll eat for a day. Teach a Wookiee to hunt bantha, and he'll eat for a lifetime.”
4. “You must never leave it to another to act in your place.”
5. “People are more than their worst act. And they are also more than the worst thing ever done to them.”
6. “Your focus determines your reality.”
7. “Not At The Expense Of The Moment.”
8. “My vision may agree with my opinion but neither one influences the other”
9. “There’s always a bigger fish.”
10. - “I’m not testing you, Obi-Wan. Life tests you! Every day it brings you new chances for triumph or defeat. And if you pass the test, it doesn't make you a Jedi. It makes you human.”
These are just some of his many great quotes and I have tried to choose the ones that are not just great in the film/book but can also be applied to real life.
