I made this post a few days ago before the last episode came out. Although he didn’t exactly surrender to Vader, I knew that something had to be done in order to spare the lives of everyone else on board the freighter. I was on the right track. 
Still working on the Kenobi rewrite. I enjoyed Obi Wan and Vader’s portrayal in the show, so this is no criticism towards that aspect. I just wanted to work on the whole story from the beginning for fun, in a way that’s honoring the spotlight of the main characters the show’s based upon. The main focus being their stories, with no delays or distraction from their role.
