In this video they explain that each movie has an initial name for example 'Star Wars episode 1' but it has a subtitle called 'The Phantom Menace' but it doesn't really show any Phantom Menace and should have the title of episode 9! It is curious that the name of episode 1 describes the events of episode 9 and the subtitle of episode 9 describes the events of episode 1🧐🤔🤔

In my opinion, I wouldn't be surprised if it was intentional because the creators of Star Wars are geniuses who introduce many details, curiosities and questions through all their movies and series and that makes this Star Wars universe so lake and attractive hehe
