Disney's kind of...having a hard time. So I compiled a few ideas for tv shows.
I was on vacation and I got bored and started watching Drew Gooden and then came across his video on Star Wars which was mostly the same opinion that all Star Wars fans feel but the part about TV shows was what caught my attention cause...it did.
I think we can all collectively agree that Andor is probably the best TV show to come out of Disney, if not the best piece of media. So using the best characteristics of that show, Legends and other characteristics of good shows and movies, I compiled a list of good TV show ideas.
1. CORSEC
For those of you who aren't aware of Cor Sec, it's the security force for Correlia. Basically it's how a bunch of CorSec Officers figuring out all the horrible things the Empire does and defecting to the Rebellion. Obviously, it's going to be dark because...cops.
So the characters consist of a young police officer in his early twenties, an older one in his mid thirties and an officer in his forties. The oldest of them has a family, the one in his thirties is..a Kyp Durron type character (I have no idea how to describe that) and one whose basically in love with the empire in his forties. I think that would make for an interesting group of characters but first, I'd like to appreciate Star Wars just a bit.

Honestly it's refreshing to watch it over and over again. Obviously it does have some weak points though. Anakin blowing up the Death Star was seriously just so messed up. That’s, evidently, the beauty of Star Wars, though (I should just shut up though). I just hate the fact that C3PO being gay and R2D2 being lesbian was never addressed.
I hated writing that so much. Ok, I just finished acolyte. It sucks. I will be honest, I didn’t hate Ashoka. The whole thing with Sabine using the force hurt my heart but y’know it wasn’t half bad. Acolyte was STRAIGHT UP STUPID. I know I am late but I’m gonna break down. WHAT WAS THAT ONE SCENE WITH A BUNCH ON NAKED MEN?
SO WE’RE ALLOWED TO OBJECTIFY MEN NOW? I SWEAR I THOUGHT I WAS WATCHING THE WRONG TYPE OF MEDIA .
I honestly-jaw dropped to the core of the earth.

Star Wars IS COOKED. What I want to understand is why we put so much importance on race. (This is my 1000th post talking about this). Star Wars doesn’t have racism-like at all. In fact, if anything, it’s SPECIEST towards other species. If you read Star Wars or know anything about Star Wars lore-it’s said multiple times that there’s only 2 genders. Example? In Fate of the Jedi (In conviction, I think), Tahiri Veila is put in jail. The jail is described as housing both sexes-or all sexes when certain non-human species were factored in. Ya’ll get it? So if diversity needs to be shown in Star Wars..show more twi’leks. They are the oppressed race. So many negative stereotypes surrounding them in the Star Wars universe, we need more women like Hera or Desha Lor.
2. Darth Bane Trilogy:
Probably won’t be good for kids because anyone who read the trilogy and envisions it as a show sees it as something that maybe kids won’t be able to digest. Better if it actually shows the details of the show in more detail and adds more than the books had, really going into the brotherhood of darkness. Not a lot to add, but I think it would be really cool to see it all come to life on screen
Anyway, I might make more ideas because I’m bored.
