I think the most obvious scenario is Boba confronting Omega. I think it's more likely than not he'll be hostile, but I could also see an ending where he kidnapps Omega, with the help of Fennec. 

Second on my list is to discover for definite Omega is force sensitive, and she meets Ahsoka, who takes her on as a Padawan, in a similar vibe ending to Mando season 2.

In terms of the outcome of the Bad Batch squad, I'd like to see a redemption of Crosshair, in someway. I can't see there being a clean redemption, where he saves the day, and the squad march into the sunset holding hands, living happily ever after.

I can, however, see a dark ending whereby one or two of the squad die, which triggers Crosshair into turning against the Empire to save the remaining squad. Crosshair is caught and killed by the Empire.

Or perhaps we see a much more dark ending. There's some sort of showdown between the Bad Batch and Crosshair. Crosshair kills Hunter. Suddenly, the realisation of his actions hits him, and he kills himself.

The final idea/scenario I'd love to see; clearly the Empire want Omega, and to this point they have failed. Could we see a Palpatine and Vader team up against the Bad Batch. Or even a fatal four-way battle between the Bad Batch, Palpatine & Vader, Cad Bane and finally Fennec & Bobba. Just imagine how that final scene would play out.
