I was watching the duel scene in The Clone Wars between Anakin and Obi-Wan vs. Dooku, and I noticed something. Anakin uses Form V Djem-So, while Obi-Wan uses Form III Soresu. Djem-So is an offensive combat form, while Soresu is a defensive combat form. Count Dooku uses Form II Makashi; Makashi relied on controlled and precise strikes. In this fight scene, notice how Dooku strategically places Anakin on the defensive and Obi-Wan on the offensive, which goes against both of their lightsaber combat forms. Anakin is far better at attacking than defending, and Obi-Wan is far better at defending than attacking. Dooku was notoriously good at reading what lightsaber combat form a Jedi was using just by dueling them once. Dooku has dueled Obi-Wan and Anakin multiple times. Knowing Anakin and Obi-Wan's lightsaber combat forms, he purposefully uses the weaknesses of the forms Obi-Wan and Anakin are using by forcing the both of them to go completely against what their forms teach.

This just shows the brilliance of Dave Filoni, George Lucas, and the animators of this show. They nailed Dooku in this series and truly showed just how much of an expert this guy was at dueling. This is Dooku when he was around 80 or 81 years old. Imagine just how good this guy would have been in his prime years. Obi-Wan and Anakin would have been absolutely destroyed.
