So awhile ago, I surpassed the minimal amount of cashable Theory needed to cash out. Before I claim the money, I have to get whitelisted. 

Here is the problem: I have nearly double the cashable Theory to get money. I have requested my account to be whitelisted several times, but have seen no answer as to whether I was accepted or denied. 

Am I missing something? How can I cash out on my earned Theory?
