This, of course, assumes that Omega survives a relatively long time, which I think is reasonable. I can easily see Boba Fett discovering who she is, and eventually teaming up and looking after her, alongside Fenec. As well has having the Bad Batch on her side, although I can see them being sacrificed and killed off, sooner than later.

My initial thinking is perhaps she could potentially be Rey's mother.  This would mean Omega would be mid to late 30's when Rey is born. Rey's father is also a Clone, obviously, so I'm theorising that Omega is eventually caught by the Empire, and meets Palpatines Clone son there, and they eventually escape together, and fall for each other over the course of their escape. 

I think this may be a little far fetched, but it could produce a fun story arc.
