Happy May the 4th everybody!

Hey everybody! Happy May the 4th! I'm curious to how you guys are celebrating Star Wars today? I'm celebrating it by watching Empire Strikes Back with my mom. She's never really seen Star Wars before, other than putting it in the DVD player for me when I was a kid. So this is the first time she's ever sat down and actually watched it. Hey guys I'm making this post early since I'll be away from my house on the birthday of this site (March 16th) but I'll make it quick. Happy Birthday to this site! It's allowed us all to make a lot of memories and has allowed me to make a lot of good friends. I'm serious. This site has opened the door to allow me to truly make good, genuine relationships with all kinds of different people. What are your favorite Star Wars moments? (Movies and shows)

What are your favorite top Star Wars moments? I'll start with some mine. Let yours in the comments below. This isn't in order.1.) Binary Sunset. I absolutely love this scene for a multitude of reasons. The score is just absolutely beautiful and Luke staring off into the sunset wondering what he'll do in life always hits me. I'm at a similar point in my life not really having a direction. The scene has always impacted me pretty hard and the shots are beautiful especially with the Force theme playing.  2.) My 2nd favorite scene is probably Vader/Anakin's death. This scene always impacted me hard. I'm sure Anakin was terrified of what Luke would think of him and if Luke would forgive him for all the evil he did. As Luke takes off his helmet and smiles warmly and lovingly towards his father it always impacts me because Anakin smiles after he realizes his son has genuine love for him. We can all learn from Luke and his forgiving nature. Not to mention Anakin's last words are "You were right." which is a direct echo to Padme's last words which were "You were right." Beautiful scene and beautiful poetry.  3.) My third favorite has to be Vader revealing he is Luke's father. This one speaks for itself...literally the greatest movie plot twist of all time. Nothing compares. The line delivery and atmosphere is perfect. 4.) Anakin and Obi-Wan arguing and their duel on Mustafar. These scenes are just perfect. Their dialogue on Mustafar is very entertaining and powerful. Hayden played evil Anakin perfectly and the soundtrack is freaking sick man. You can almost feel the power of each swing Anakin and Obi-Wan take at eachother. The choreography is probably the best you could see in any movie/show. Ewan and Hayden did perfect. I also love the soundtracks name "Battle of the Heroes" which is literally whats happening. Anakin and Obi-Wan the two main heroes of the republic are dueling. Brothers are fighting and have to kill eachother. Tragic.  5.) Luke & Vader's hallway scenes. These are both sick and I can rate one over the other. Vader is pure aggression and rage and Luke is more laid back. The scenes are very similar and I love the father son dynamic.  6.) Luke and Vader's conversation on Endor. I love this scene because it shows Vader's confliction no matter how much he denies it. The fact he says "It is too late for me son." Proves he's conflicted but he just thinks he's too far gone. It proves he wishes he could join Luke and become good again but he views it as impossible just like everyone else besides Luke and Padme. There's a lot of power behind this scene.  7.) Ahsoka leaving in TCW. This scene is heartbreaking and further demonstrates why Anakin's hatred grew for the council. They did Ahsoka so wrong to the point she leaves. The score is incredibly sad too. Great scene and it just pulls your heartstrings.  8.) Anakin vs Ahsoka in the Ahsoka show. This scene was perfect dude Hayden came back and did great. His acting was perfect and he got Matt Lanter's voice down pretty well. The Clone Wars flashbacks were awesome and the choreography was pretty good (Obviously not near PT level) I love how Anakin comes back with the red lightsaber too and the flicker of Vader that we see. We're seeing Anakin at his max potential...The Chosen One.  Anyway these are just the ones I thought of while making the post. This isn't in any particular order besides the first 3. There's 10x more that I could think of that I love.  Throughout most of this post I was going off of scenes not moments that's why I excluded most of the duels. I changed it to moments at the end to have more variety. Luke Vs Vader on Bespin and ROTJ are in the top 5 for me. What's great about Star Wars duels is they aren't just action they're powerful and carry emotional weight.1y

James Earl Jones has passed away today... (1931-2024)

James Earl Jones passed away today. The cause of death hasn't been disclosed yet, but this is horrible...he was such an icon and now he's gone. He was 93 years old, he lived a good life full of wonders. James was born in Arkabutla, Mississippi on January 17th 1931. He was raised by his grandparents who owned a farm in Dublin, Michigan. They moved to Dublin during the Great Depression by train when he was 4-5 years old. James had a bad stutter when he was younger, which makes it all the more incredible how he moved past that stutter and became such a good actor. Anyway, let's take a trip down memory lane and look at only a few of James's movies and performances. Obviously, he voiced Darth Vader in Star Wars. His performance as Darth Vader is unmatched and truly made Star Wars what it was. Nobody could ever do such an awesome voice for Vader, and it went down as the best portrayal of a villain in movie history. He made the movie with just his voice; that's how much of a legend he is. Nobody could ever have done Vader as perfectly as James did, and he'll always be remembered for being an absolute legend and making all of our childhoods. It feels like my childhood has been ripped from me after today, and I'm sure all of you feel the same way.  He voiced Mufasa in Lion King which was a mighty and strong voice of the prides leader. Legendary performance and I always thought Mufasa was the coolest character when I was a little kid. He played Thulsa Doom in Conan the Barbarian. I've never seen this movie personally so I can't say much about it but I'm sure he did great as always. He also played Mr. Mertle in the Sandlot. I never knew this was James up until a couple years ago. Mr. Mertle is the man who owns "The Beast" in the Sandlot. Mr. Mertle turns out to be a sweet old blind guy in the end of the movie and gives Smalls a signed baseball. I always loved him when I was a kid.  James Earl Jones also played in "Coming to America" with Eddie Murphy. I've also never seen this movie but it always looked hilarious.  There's a really funny scene from a movie with Robin Williams where James plays a store clerk. I suggest you all to look it up it's worth your time. During the Sandlot movie shooting one of the kids went up to James and said, "Sir you're Darth Vader!?" and James said "No, I am your father!" These are only a few of the movies James played in during his career...He was also very good at theater and was an incredible actor. All these movies wouldn't be the same without him. I absolutely loved James Earl Jones and it pains me in my heart that he's gone, but I believe he's in a better place. From what I've heard, he was always a great man and a pleasure to the people he worked with. Rest in peace, to the legend James Earl Jones.  Here's a funny skit video of James Earl Jones meeting his "Daughter" Carrie Fisher for the first time ever. Disney making Clone wars style animated shows and possibly new seasons of TCW??? 🤔🤔🤔

This sounds scary but good at the same time. It'd be nice to see some episodes of TCW that were unreleased finished. I don't even know if they're doing this for sure; I'm just going by what the video says, so take it with a grain of salt. I feel like we already got TCW after Order 66, but I guess they can explore more of that with Scorch and the Delta Squad even though Scorch dies in TBB. Perhaps we could get a look into Anakin storming the Jedi temple or Vader and the clones hunting Jedi. Maybe we could get old missions of Anakin and Obi-Wan together before Anakin was a knight. I don't really know if I like the idea of them possibly changing TCW or any Lucas canon stuff more. There's all sorts of potential that can be done with this type of stuff but we already got post-order 66 with TBB. Lemme know you're thoughts in the comments boys. 2y

Have you ever wondered...what is inside Darth Vader's suit?

Like all Sith armor or suits Vader's was meant to be protective and intimidating although the armor and mechanics were actually quite outdated. The tech that was used was even more outdated than Grievous's armor. We will start with the helmet.  Darth Vader's helmet was made out of Durasteel, Obsidian, and Plasteel. It was carved to fit Anakin's head and too look like a Skull to enhance the fear factor. It is rumored the suit had a very strong hull that had been strengthened via Sith dark alchemy.  The suit had two jagged ridges that went over Vader's eyes to "accent" them. The helmet locked into the mask with a pressurized seal very similar to a Class C spacesuit. The suit had thousands of needles poking into Vader's skin and nervous system all at once to analyze brain waves and to help neutralize his nervous system.His helmet would help to circulate air and filter it then it would be sucked down into his lungs. The mask went halfway around Vader's head in a circular fashion. The mask came in two parts. The regular mask which covered his face and then a two sided slanted mask which would also help deflect potential energy onto the thick shoulder pads. The slanted part of the mask was actually made to resemble a Japanese samurai Kabuto.  Cleary George took great inspiration from the Japanese Samurai. That's what the Jedi were based on in the first place.  Now onto the torso. Vader's pectoral armor was mainly one giant piece of grey hinted Durasteel. It weighed 26 pounds, It was both resistant towards Blaster bolts and Energy Sword strikes. When it is hit by either it would still scuff up the armor but at least it would provide protection. A big issue is the weight of the armor made it difficult for Vader to raise his arms above his shoulder but Vader adapted and overcame that difficulty. Around his abominable area he wore a plastoid griddle  to protect his synthetic and organic organs. On his back hidden by his cape he would also wear a backpack. His cape also was made up of armor which would help to aid his back protection even further. So the worst place to strike would be Vader's back. Over his solar-plexus he had a life support regulator which he could control. This regulator also enabled his sound when he breathed. Vader could turn this sound off like he did in the comics and in Rogue One. He could also control his built in bathroom system with this chest regulator and he could control his cardiopulmonary and neural systems. So Vader's most vulnerable spot to strike would be his chest regulator but it's right in the middle of his chest so it would be risky to strike there.   Vader wore a black ribbed, padded, multi-ply body glove that covered everything below his neck. The quilted suit was blast-dampening, and was made of a fireproof material that provided some protection against flames and corrosive gasses. Now onto Gauntlets and Boots. Vader's gauntlets had a variety of Mandalorian designs in it.  he right glove being a Mandalorian crushgaunt fitted around. The gauntlets word weaved out of tiny Mandalorian steel. Vader's black all terrain boots were mostly made out of Durasteel. They offered shin protection which was the heaviest piece of Armor Vader had. His boots have a magnetic field which could be controlled by voice commands. If Vader was fighting on top of a ship he could activate the magnetic fields and he would sort of be like Spiderman he would be able to attach to any magnetic material. Ok I have a Theory for Kenobi...

What if Obi-Wan is actually captured by the Inquisitors and taken to Vader? As we see in these few shots Anakin's suit is being prepared for him. Then it cuts to Obi-Wan meditating he seems very worried and sad. He could be forced to Kneel in front of Anakin's bacta tank while Anakin's suit is being prepared. We also hear Vader's breathing as Obi-Wan looks at him. What if Obi-Wan was captured by the Inquisitors and taken to Vader. Vader's suit is being prepared and Obi-Wan looks at him in horror. It would make sense since probably every Inquisitor is after Obi-Wan and he doesn't have his Lightsaber I don't know if he would be able to kill or win against all of them. Or maybe this is Obi-Wan and Vader talking telepathically. We see Luke and Vader do this and we also see Rey and Kylo do this. Heck Leia and Luke even do this it would make sense. Obi-Wan has his eyes closed so he could have been meditating and Vader tries to contact him. Or like I said the Inquisitors captured him. Or these two scenes could be completely unrelated. The Sith names and what they mean.

Darth is just an adaptation of the word Dark. The reason George Lucas did this was because Vader meant Father in Dutch so he wanted Darth Vader to mean Darth Father which is what Darth Vader is. If you don't want to read the other stuff. All of the explanations for their names are in bold letters. General Kenobi! You are a bold one! Most Sith names that come before the title Darth which is not a name it's a title similar to Christ. Christ is not a last name it's a title given to Jesus. More possible inspiration George took from Religion which I find fascinating. I will start this post from early Sith then I'll move onto their apprentices and so on to Vader who is the last sith with the title Darth. This list will only be covering Sith with the title Darth so it will not have Kylo Ren or Snoke. So get your Altoids ready cause this might be a long post. For those that don't know Altoids are a good breath mint but enough of the sidetracking let's get into this. Also I will only be covering Sith with a historical presence and who were important to Star Wars. The list starts below ⬇⬇⬇ Darth Revan was the first Sith to have the title Darth as far as I'm concerned. Revan means "One who is a wonderful horse rider." In Indian. But Revan's name most likely came from the words Revenge or Retaliation. Revan sort of takes revenge in the KOTOR games so this makes sense. Darth Malak was the apprentice of Darth Revan for a short time. Malak actually means Angel in Arabic which definitely doesn't suit Darth Malak but let's dive deeper. I did research on words that are similar to Malak and a word called Hazar came up. Hazar means Caution, Fear, Prudence I don't know if these terms fit Malak's character cause I never played KOTOR but if it does than I would assume that's where he got his name from. Darth Nihilus was arguably one of if not the most powerful Sith lord ever. He was always hungry and he would devour planets draining there life forces away and making himself more powerful by doing so. Nihilist is probably the word which inspired Darth Nihilus name it means "one who believes in "the denial of all real existence or the possibility of an objective basis for truth." I don't think this description suits Nihilus very well so let's dive deeper. Not all Sith's names might be real world names as well. Nihilus in the Star Wars universe means Hunger and Nihilus was always known as the Lord of Hunger I think it's safe to say Darth Nihilus name was inspired by the word Nihilus which meant hunger in the Star Wars universe. Darth Nihilus body was so destroyed by the Dark Side that he didn't even have a body it's said his body was just a black gas underneath his pitch black robes if there was even anything there. Darth Bane was the founder of the Rule of Two where only two Sith may rule at once. He is probably the most important Sith Lord a side from yours truly Darth Sidious. Bane means the cause of high distress or annoyance which Bane clearly does as he is a Sith although I think his name might be after another word so let's dive deeper. Another word for Bane is Curse which would fit Darth Bane's character better in my opinion as he brings a curse for the Sith. The Rule of Two in my opinion is sort of like a curse so it's safe to say Bane got his name from the word curse and destruction which Bane also means destruction or harm. So basically every word that means something bad is what Bane means. Darth Zannah was the apprentice of Darth Bane. Her name likely came from the words Zannah and Rain and finally Bane. Zannah means alertness. Rain means something happening quickly or obviously water droplets dropping out of the sky but in this case it's something happening quickly. Bane means curse or destruction. So I'm assuming Darth Zannah was a quick and alert Sith who also killed people.  Darth Vectivus stemmed from Darth Bane's Rule of Two. Darth Vectivus name comes from the word Invective which means Abusive. But believe it or not this word doesn't fit Vectivus. Apparently he was the only Sith Lord that never did evil. Maybe his master based the word Invective thinking his apprentice would be evil but he never became evil. Darth Rampage stemmed from Darth Bane's Rule of Two. He was a humanoid male. He was born 286 BBY his name clearly comes from the word Rampage which means to go on a killing spree. Although I find it difficult to believe he would go on Rampages but he probably did secretly. Darth Tenebrous is probably one of my favorite Sith I find him very interesting. He was suspected of designing the Scimitar which was the ship used by Darth Maul. He was also the master of Darth Plagueis. He was also a scientist obsessed with preserving his life and he was evil to the core like most Sith Lords were. His name came from the word Tenebrous which meant Dark or gloomy. Have you ever heard the Tragedy of Darth Plagueis the Wise? It's a Sith legend. Darth Plagueis was a Dark Lord of the Sith, so powerful and so wise he could use the Force to influence the midichlorians to create life…He had such a knowledge of the Dark Side he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying. The Dark Side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be Unnatural. He became so powerful, the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power. Unfortunately he taught his apprentice everything he knew, then his apprentice killed him in his sleep, Ironic he could save others from death, but not himself. Darth Plagueis's name comes from the viral Plague which was a horrific disease. It killed hundreds of thousands of people in the real world. And of course it existed in Star Wars as well. Darth Plagueis was the Master to Darth Sidious. He was surprisingly polite and well mannered. For a Sith Lord. Darth Sidious AKA Sheev Palpatine was the most evil and the most powerful Sith Lord to ever exist. He destroyed the entire Jedi Order. He manipulated and hid under them for 20 years and he deceived the Chosen one Anakin Skywalker into becoming the Sith Lord Darth Vader. His name comes from the word Insidious which means Malevolent and insane. He also killed his Master Darth Plagueis in his sleep and then went on to tell Anakin the Tragedy of Darth Plagueis the Wise. Darth Sidious is clearly Malevolent and insane. Darth Maul was the apprentice of Darth Sidious. Maul was basically sold to Sidious by his mother Talzin who gave Sidious Maul so he could become a Sith Lord. Eventually Maul was cut in half by Obi-Wan and he eventually hated the Sith. Maul is one of the most interesting and tragic Star Wars characters. His name comes from the word Maul which means big hammer or big axe. Sidious told Plagueis that Maul would just be a assassin and not an actual apprentice which we know was a lie something Sidious is great at. Darth Sidious betrayed Maul Darth Tyrannus aka Count Dooku was the apprentice of Darth Sidious. Darth Plagueis was actually obsessed with Dooku he found Dooku's power to be astonishing and he was looking to replace Sidious with Dooku causing Sidious to be jealous. Later Dooku and Sidious would form some sort of alliance and Sidious would make Dooku his apprentice and naming him Darth Tyrannus which means Tyrannical something that fits Dooku. Darth Tyrannus was one of the best dueliest's ever in the Galaxy. He was also one of the coolest Sith. Eventually Darth Tyrannus was betrayed by Sidious and beheaded by Anakin Skywalker. Anakin Skywalker aka Darth Vader is a broken man. He was deceived and corrupted by Darth Sidious. He was groomed to be Sidious's new apprentice ever since he met him in 32 BBY. Sidious knew he would destroy the Jedi by corrupting Anakin who was the Chosen One. Anakin had a higher Midichlorian count than any other Jedi and Sith. He turned fully to the Dark Side when his wife died and when he was scarred and mauled by Obi-Wan in 19 BBY. He was put into a Dark suit of armor and he stayed in that until his death. He carried out Sidious's order to kill all the Jedi in the temple along with the Clones. He was put into a Dark suit of armor and he stayed in that until his death. Throughout 21 years Vader brutally murdered anyone who would dare to make him angry. He routinely hunted down Jedi and brutally murdered them. He was evil until he met his son who redeemed him and he killed Darth Sidious by throwing him down a ventilation shaft. Thus making the prophecy come true. Anakin destroyed the Sith and brought balance to the Force even though he became a Sith. Vader's name means Father in Dutch which is sort of perfect because he is a father but let's dive deeper. What are your theories for how Kenobi could end?

I think it will probably just end with Obi-Wan going back to Tatooine looking after Luke. Or it could even end with ANH starting. Imagine Season 1 takes place 10 years prior to ANH and then towards the end its a time jump to 9 years later and it just plays the first few moments when Obi-Wan sees Luke being attacked. It would be crazy if Obi-Wan hears a Tusken call then he does the Krayt dragon noise and we see a Deaged Mark Hamill laying on the ground. It cuts to Obi-Wans face then it ends! It would be so cool!4y

These are my rankings for the "Best" Star Wars movies. *Including the shows* (Not my favorites.)

My list of the "Best" Star Wars movies are listed below  (Greatest to Worst) ⬇⬇⬇  Please let me know what you think in the comments. I will make a post on my personal favorites soon. 1. The Empire Strikes Back                 I think it goes without saying Empire is easily the best Star Wars film. It's pacing is incredible its visuals are amazing but not the best. The Cinematography is stunning. It has one of if not the best plot twists of all time only rivaled by A Sixth Sense. The movie is magical. It's music is stunning when Yoda is lifting Luke's X-Wing the music that is playing has a certain magical and beautiful town. The music sounds magical and it makes sense that it would because Yoda is using the Force which has a "Magical" theme to it. The movie is action packed but it knows when to stop the action. The acting and cast is obviously incredible. The puppet work and voice for Yoda was stunning and Vader's armor was intimidating and quite scary throughout the film. I think Vader's armor from Rogue One was far better but this was back in 1980. The whole plot of the movie flows gracefully and smoothly to the movie never feels boring or corny. It introduces the Emperor and Lando. Two awesome and fun characters. The Emperor is a very frightening and intimidating villain only rivaled by Vader who's lines in this are hilarious and bada**. 2. Return of The Jedi                I have described many times why ROTJ is so good. But here is a short list. Action Packed, Introduced Ewoks, Visuals are beautiful, Music is the best only rivaled by ROTS music. The movie also never feels boring or like the directors were confused. But the best scene is Vader VS Luke. This duel is outstanding especially when you understand it better. Vader blocks Lukes strike to protect him as Binks sister pointed out in one of his posts. Vader doesn't want Luke to end up like him so he feels he has to win the duel in order to protect Luke who doesn't want to fight him in the first place. Vader loses when Luke uses his anger but Vader wasn't even using his anger to begin with. The reason he wanted to win the duel was pure he wanted to protect his son thus not using anger. (Father V Son) Also Luke with a green saber was perfect it was actually only green because the blue saber didn't fit in with the blue sky on Jabba's ship. Also we got to see Carrie Fisher in a bikini that enough says a lot. The film also introduces a certain magical feeling which is hard to replicate. Han's character is done brilliantly. At first in ANH he is a rude smuggler who only cares about himself and over time his character development is so good he becomes a General. It has incredible cinematography. The entire OT has a magical feeling similar to the feeling of the guitar in Stairway To Heaven by Led Zeppelin. 3. A new Hope                This movie could be called boring and not action packed but that isn't the goal of the movie. It establishes the main characters and is important to Luke's character development and Han's the feeling this movie gives is nostalgic and beautiful even though I never did live in this time period. It establishes the enemy or the villain first which you can then establish the morally good characters and what they stand for. By introducing the villain first which in that case is when Vader breaks into Leia's ship. You can show what the villain stands for which is death and evil but it makes it easier to understand what the good character stands against and for which what they stand for is Peace and Justice. What they stand against is what the evil character is. It has incredible music cinematography and a solid story. By seeing Ben aka Obi-Wan die it makes Luke harder and gives him a bigger drive to do good. We also get a deep dive into Han and how selfish he is but by the end of ROTJ he is a general incredible character development. 4. Revenge of The Sith            This movie has the best cinematography and fight choreography out of all of them. The visuals are stunning and in my opinion it has the best music out of all of them. It has great acting and it also never feels boring or like the writer nor director never had a clue what they were doing. It shows emotion like none of the other movies have when Obi-Wan says "I loved you." Like damn that hits hard dude. Anakin and Obi-Wan arguing on Mustafar is probably one of the best movie scenes of all time the dialogue and emotion it portrays is basically unrivaled. It was funny and had great lines and quotes that are not forgettable. It made some of the best memes of all time to. Another happy landing, Hello There, I have the High Ground! General Kenobi! 5. The Phantom Men                What can I say? The fight choreography is absolutely stunning in this movie only rivaled by ROTS. This movie has great cinematography and music is soo great! The visuals are great! It introduces Sidious in a great way and also Maul who becomes a great character in the future but in this movie he feels a little stale and boring. 6. Rogue One.              This movie by far has the best visuals and epic moments. It has a great balance of comedy and seriousness something Marvel is severely lacking. It has solid acting and fight choreography. The music is good and it is action packed! And not to mention the Vader's rage scene which is stunning visually and choreographed amazingly. 7. Attack of The Clones              This movie is stunning visually and the fight choreography is great! It has good dialogue except the scenes with Anakin and Padme which are at some times unwatchable. I don't have too much to say about this one it is guaranteed worth watching. And is a solid movie it's just so corny sometimes. 8. Solo A Star Wars Story          I honestly really enjoyed Solo I think it just got overshadowed by the hate for TLJ. It had a good cast and acting but the issue is it didn't capture the magic of the OT and PT. How could it without Harrison and Lightsabers. It had great cinematography and is worth the watch and honestly I dig Solo 2 I want a new Solo movie there's just too many plotholes within the current movie. I also enjoyed the whole vibe in the movie the poster was awesome and it had good music and visuals. The final duel between Han and Tobias Beckett was really well done! It was also pretty funny at some points. Donald Glover was great as Lando and Alden Ehrenreich was great! I did not like Qi'ra which is funny because pretty much everybody else hated the movie but liked Qi'ra I also never thought I'd see Woody Harrelson in Star Wars but there he is. 9. The Force Awakens            Ahh the Sequel Trilogy. I enjoyed this movie and it had beautiful shots but the fight choreography sucked! The acting was great and it set up a pretty cool story for Finn who we all thought would be the Jedi of the story boy did that turn out great. This had a bad ending and set the Mary-Sue argument for Rey which IS TRUE DF! It had an awesome poster tho. 10. The Last Jedi                Ahh the sh*t stain of Star Wars. This movie by far had the worst fight choreography it sucked! This is my least favorite movie out of all of them it makes me just angry talking about it but this is greatest to worst not my personal favorites. This movie literally makes me angry just thinking about it. It ruined Luke by making him some angry old stupid hermit who tried to kill his nephew for having a bad dream. The visuals were stunning and the dialogue was meh. It also ruined Finn's character a great deal. It had one heck of a poster though so awesome that I had to post two posters. 11. The Rise of Skywalker What can I say this movie reeked! I went to see it in theaters and I enjoyed it...until I started thinking about it. WHY WOULD THEY BRING BACK PALPATINE! The absolute dumbest decision ever made in cinema. The prophecy was made true by Anakin he destroyed the Sith at the end of ROTJ! They brought him back because they had no true plan for these movies. This movie was 2 hours long and action packed but it failed to establish anything! It even fails to correct the issues of the previous two movies. They try to correct it by making Rey a "Palpatine" which is garbage! When I came out of the theaters my initial reaction was WHO THE FREAK WOULD HOOK UP WITH PALPS???!?!?!? Every character in this movie was out of place the only good scene was when Luke raises the X-Wing like Yoda which pays homage to the OT. It was so action packed and fast moving you could barely catch a break. It had too much comedy. But I put my bias aside the movie had okay dialogue but it had great visuals! The visuals in this movie were beautiful! The fight choreography was okay but it had a great poster! Now for the shows....⬇⬇⬇ 1. The Clone Wars I don't need to provide and explanation. Just everything about it is just magical 2. Mando S2 Everything about this is just awesome! Fight choreography visuals etc. 3. Mando S1 Just great basically a space Western. 4. Star Wars Rebels Rebels was good but not as enjoyable as Mando S1 or 2 Art and animation was amazing. 5. The Book of Boba Fett One word "Disappointing" This show is worth watching mainly because of Lukes episode which is great! Visuals are great and fight choreography is good. How I will be preparing to watch Kenobi on May 27th.

So I haven't seen anyone do a post like this so I thought I would give it a try. To prepare for the emotional rollercoaster Obi-Wan is on and to relate to him better I will prepare for Kenobi by doing these things. 1. I have replaced my Profile pictures and wallpapers on all of my platforms with sad SW art similar to this.  The art really sets the mood. 2. I listen to this music by Samuel Kim often. 3. I will watch ROTS on May 25th to prepare I might also watch ATOTC. 4. I will watch Obi-Wan's most important moments during Rebels & The Clone Wars such as. The Lawless, The Mandalore plot, Revenge, Twin Suns, Deception. These are Obi-Wan's most important arcs and really expand on his character. If you don't know any of these episodes just look them up I'm sure you'll remember them.  Thanks for reading. May the Force be with you, always. What are your hopes and predictions/theories for Kenobi?

We are less than a month till Kenobi so I thought I would post this to prepare for it. My hopes are listed below...⬇ 1.I hope we see a broken and very depressed Obi-Wan. Obi-Wan now Ben Kenobi has seen the love of his life murdered right in front of him. His father like figure Qui-Gon murdered right in front of him. He has PTSD from the Clone Wars seeing all the death and destruction is not good for anyone especially a Jedi. And he had to kill his son/brother that he raised for a decade. Anyone who went through all of this would be broken a sad for the rest of their life. Obi-Wan can't be cheery and happy throughout it I'm fine if he chuckles a small laugh every now and then but I want that laugh to show a sad emotion like everytime he feels a small bit of happiness he is reminded of his past which saddens him. But Obi-Wan arguably has the strongest will out of any other character in Star Wars I want him to still have the tiniest bit of hope and dedication because of Luke and Leia.  I want Obi-Wan throughout most scenes to almost be like he is on the verge of crying. Most scenes it's like he needs to be comforted by someone but that someone doesn't exist which is how I want Qui-Gon to play in I want Qui-Gon to comfort Obi-Wan. I also want Obi-Wan to be angry with Qui-Gon because Qui-Gon didn't tell him the future. But he obviously forgives him. 2. I want them to solely focus the show on Ben Kenobi not Anakin/Vader or Reva or Ahsoka or Rex or Mando or Boba. No other character aside from Obi-Wan/Ben Kenobi. Sure I want to see a lot of Anakin and Vader but this show is about Obi-Wan no infiltrations like in BOBF. 3. I want Qui-Gon to strictly to be a voice. This is a controversial topic and initially I wanted Qui-Gon to appear as a Force ghost projection or to show his body but @echothree convinced me that he should be a voice instead of a full blown Force ghost projection unless there is a Force nexus nearby. Maybe Obi-Wan could travel to a planet that has a Force nexus but I don't think there should be one on Tatooine they have to be an extremely rare thing. 4. I don't want to see any real world problems or politics to come into this show. Marvel has been creating political and controversial topics in their movies for a bit now and it has become obnoxious. I don't want to see anything to do with the "problems'' of today's society. I don't even want to see Star Wars politics because SW politics have nothing to do with this show. We must remember Obi-Wan is a hermit he doesn't know anything that's going on really. Especially in the political field. 5. Don't break continuity. I am a George Lucas purest I consider everything George Lucas made to be canon even if Disney decides to break the continuity. If Qui-Gon appears and there is no Force nexus then that would be breaking continuity. I don't know about Vader vs Obi-Wan. Half of me hopes its a vision and the other half hopes its real. I feel as if this could break continuity and dissolve some of the emotion the duel between them in ANH had.  6.  EDIT: Obi-Wan visits Shmi's grave regularly I forgot to add this in the regular post but if we were to see Obi-Wan visiting Shmi's grave crying for failing her son it would be heartbreaking.  But anyways I have many more hopes but I'm keeping it short today. So its confirmed Obi-Wan leaves Tatooine!

Well I guess it was confirmed in the trailer. But what are your thoughts on this? I don't know about this we'll have to see. I am mostly confused as to why he would leave Tatooine...🤔... what will his motives be. I'm assuming this planet is Coruscant and that's how Obi-Wan gets caught. I just wonder if it breaks continuity if he were to leave. I don't think it does. I'm excited as to what this show has in store after all there really isn't any reason for Obi-Wan to leave Tatooine maybe Yoda summons him or Qui-Gon tells him to leave for whatever reason. Maybe he finds out where Cody or Rex or Ahsoka is. I don't want to see Rex or Ahsoka. Ahsoka is in far too much content and If Rex were to appear it wouldn't make any sense at all. Unless Obi-Wan sets out on a journey to find Rex. A possible plot could be Owen & Beru and Luke set out to find supplies and they go to Coruscant so Obi-Wan trails them. All I know is that if they screw it up we all have the right to complain. I'm going to be very angry I will complain my a** off I don't care if people act like we shouldn't because of Mando's success. But I mean it's fckn Obi-Wan Kenobi.4y

Why Rey is a Mary-Sue and Luke Skywalker isn't.

***ALERT***  *DO NOT COMMENT ON THIS POST IF YOU HAVE FAILED TO READ ANY OF THE REASONS OR POINTS ON THIS POST* Also This post is in no way attacking DF he is one awesome guy! I was talking with DF it is very hard to change his mind. But nevertheless I thought I would make this post anyways here is why Rey is a Mary-Sue and Luke Skywalker is not just to clarify DF didn't say Luke is a Gary-Stu I'm just comparing the two characters. Okay let's begin. Rey starts off as a broken character in the opening minutes of TFA she seems interesting and mysterious but she is on a desert planet which is a pure rip off of ANH she wonders where her place is in the Galaxy and wants her family to return to help her this is the only "larger struggle" Rey goes through there are barely any more they are miniscule for the story anyways. Rey is with BB-8 in a market and BB-8 sees Finn you know the story anyways Rey chases Finn and pulls a Rambo guerilla warfare technique appearing in front of him hitting him in the face with her staff. First off where the heck did she come from?!? The movie provides no evidence of her knowing guerilla warfare and Finn immediately forgives her after she hit him in the face with a freaking stick I'd be pretty pissed if somebody randomly starts chasing me and hits me in the gosh dang face with a freaking stick! Anyways some First Order troops or in other words budget Imperials show up and they start to run to a ship which Rey expertly flies she flies better than Han and Chewbacca combined in this scene. Now before you say Oh WeLl ShE fIxEs ShIpS sHe WoUlD kNoW hOw To FlY OnE well that's BS just because you fix a ship doesn't mean you can fly one on a expert level! People say Luke is a Gary-Stu because he destroyed the first Death Star well I'll have you know Luke was a expert pilot he grew up flying ships. He flew ships that were similar to X-Wings on Tatooine Rey did not! That's the 2nd thing Rey does flawlessly in the first 10-20 minutes of the film. Rey gets captured by Kylo Ren and he tries to read her mind which first off she resists okay she must have a strong mind nope now she reads Kylo's mind without any Jedi training that right there is another flawless thing Rey has done. It's also worth a mention Rey is loved by every "virtuous" character she comes across. Rey then escaped from the prison chair by mind tricking a Stormtrooper with no training! Rey didn't even know what the Force was until 5 minutes ago in the film! Another flawless thing Rey has done. She successfully avoids professional guards and security cameras lol and pulls a absolutely outstanding professional wall climbing move by climbing down and up the wall something only a extremely fit rock climber could pull. *Flawless*   She then defeats a fully trained "Sith" without any lightsaber combat and before you say WeLl ShE hAd StTaFf TrAiNiNg well that's BS a bunch of expert swordsman have debunked this argument staff combat and sword combat are to completely different things if you give a swordsman a staff and tell him to professionally fight a professional staff fighter he will be destroyed vice versa. Well in TLJ she once again flies a ship without any ship flight experience and she lifts 44 GIANT BOULDERS! A lot of these rocks are over a ton some of them are a size that starts at 4320 pounds!!! That is the biggest feat Rey pulls flawlessly besides defeating Sidious now keep in mind she has trained but she can also float something we have never seen ever before in Star Wars so Rey can now float and lift 44 rocks that weigh from anywhere between 4000 pounds and 10 thousand pounds wow what a Mary-Sue. All credit goes to EmperorBinks for this according to his calculations on average those stones weigh 308,000 pounds or 139,706.45 kg. Luke's X-Wing weighed 22,046.2 pounds or 9999.98 kg. Those stones weighed almost 14 times as much as an X-Wing. So unless 2 days of training can beat Luke 2 months of training and can let Rey lift 14 X-Wings at the same time, then she is definitely a Mary Sue. DF seems to think she can do this because she read the Jedi texts but she didn't have enough time to read or train from them so that's a false argument right there.  After Rey and chewie and other characters come of the Millenium Falcon Leia completely ignores her friend who she has known for 20 years and decides to hug Rey instead. One of the dumbest things and completely ruins Leia's character and Chewbacca just lost his best friend he has known for 30 years she doesn't even comfort him and instead hugs the worst movie character of all time. She also had no clear motive to help or join the Resistance as Binks just mentioned in the live chat. Also just because she is a Palpatine means nothing sure she might have a high Midichlorian count but Anakin had the highest and we don't see him lifting boulders that weigh 10 thousand pounds and he is even professionally trained since he was 9 years old. There is a bunch more Mary-Sue things she does throughout the ST that I did not mention cause I want to do other things. We also see no character development throughout all 3 movies she is always the same boring flawless character and in order to have character development you cannot be a Mary-Sue She also defeats the most powerful Sith lord to ever exist with ease sure she had help from Force ghosts but still REY IS NOT ALL THE JEDI!  She is also ridiculously brave to do anything she shows no fear whatsoever shows how garbage the writers and directors were at writing a character that had so much potential. Here is my closing argument. Rey is a flawless and best representation of a Mary-Sue through out any television series or movie we have ever seen.
