As we all know Obi-Wan will be coming into contact with the Grand Inquisitor at some point in the upcoming series. From what we've seen in Rebels and have come to expect from the Grand Inquisitor is his ability to identify his opponent through their lightsaber combat technique as we saw in his initial duel with Kanan Jarrus. So I'm curious if we'll see him square off with Obi-Wan in a similar way and that could be how Vader gets involved is when the GI reports back after their initial encounter with the information that Obi-Wan is "possibly" alive. Realizing that he's outed himself by clinging to his old ways, Kenobi begins to adopt Qui-gon's lightsaber form as means to throw off the Inquisitors & Vader. This would also add to the final duel between Obi-Wan & Maul in Rebels as it shows that Kenobi's first emotional kneejerk instinct was to go back to his old lightsaber form before realizing his error and switching.
