This will be a short post. I wanted to briefly talk about some stuff but not really anything too specific and plot related. I wanted to talk about the tone of this season and my predictions for how it will be. The first two episodes were solid. The first one especially was really tense and eerie. I really like that because it tells us this season is going to be serious, finally. The second is a different type of tense, its more...... urgency while the first was more melancholy and dull (in a good way). A large majority of the third episode for me felt like it was the unseriousness of Rebels. I wasn't too into it until the end which was a shame because......... well, lets just say that episode is the most plot significant episode in the entire series. As usual, music was pretty on point, a little weaker than in season 1 and 2 but still it was strong, got me in the mood for sw animation. 

While I have rly high hopes that this season is going to be way more serious and dark, I think it will unfortunately fall into the same rabbitholes as season 1 and 2. It probably wont change much. There might be a little more substance here and there since its the final season but I doubt it will be anything like TCW or Rebels final arc/season which sucks because TBB easily has the best animation in sw, only rivalled by TOTJ. I hope I'm wrong about this final season but the signs are there. I'll talk a bit more once the episodes sink in.
