Hi everyone! Thanks so much for the support on the last ep... it's our most successful to date and really shows that you're enjoying the new season. Without further ado, here is the next instalment in the Malak series.

Marcus Halcyon just stared at the Sith Gunship for a moment, trying to see if there was a way for him and Malak to attack without being immediately shot down on sight, before he finally turned to Malak. “Now.” Malak nodded, before he thrusted one hand forward and fired several torrents of Force Lightning towards the Gunship.

The Sith forces were completely caught off-guard by this surprise attack from Malak, as the Force Lightning managed to destroy the Gunship’s engines, but the purple-skinned Twi’lek jumped out of the craft with a few Sith Troopers and immediately began attacking Malak, who got into a blade-lock with the Sith Assassin. “Ah, yes. Yuthura Ban. I remember seeing you at the Korriban Academy when I chose Lord Bandon as my Apprentice….”

Yuthura snarled, as she kicked Malak in the face and blasted him into the wall with the Force. “You BETRAYED Emperor Revan onboard his flagship and then usurped the mantle of Dark Lord from him! Now, you are a disgrace to the true Sith Order and shall be punished!!!”

Suddenly, Malak heard a blaster shot and then saw Yuthura scream in pain, before he noticed Marcus holding a Sith Trooper blaster in his free hand. “So uncivilized…” Marcus said, as he shot down another Sith Trooper, before he charged towards Yuthura and clashed with her in flashes of red and blue.

However, whilst Halcyon was attacking Yuthura, the Sith Troopers opened fire on Malak, who deflected their blaster bolts with relative and then used the Force to pull the crippled Sith Gunship towards the Sith Troopers and watched it explode, sending them all flying out the window like a bunch of ragdolls.

Malak turned his attention back to Halcyon and Yuthura and charged towards Yuthura, throwing his Lightsaber towards her and watching the crimson blade slice open her thigh, as Marcus now had an advantage over her thanks to Malak. “Tell Emperor Revan that it’ll take more than just a squad to take us down.”

Halcyon nodded, before Malak walked towards Yuthura and gripped her with the Force, gently aiming her towards one of the shattered windows, and then blasted her out the window, hearing her scream on the way down to her death. “Weren’t prepared for that, were you, Yuthura?”

Malak deactivated his Lightsaber, as did Halcyon once they were sure Yuthura was dead. “What shall we do now, Halcyon? I’ve got Revan’s entire Sith Empire breathing down my neck, so I’ll need help in defeating my former friend.”

Marcus looked at Malak and smiled. “I know the Council may not trust you because of the things you have done during The Jedi Civil War, but if Revan can be stopped, we could have a huge advantage with you on our side, Malak.”

3,946 BBY - Tython, Jedi hideout

Inside the hideout made specifically for Jedi survivors of The Jedi Civil War, Bastila Shan looked off into the distance, as she saw a Jedi Shuttle touch down softly on Tython’s surface, before she turned around and walked towards the door that led to The Jedi Council Chambers inside the hideout.

Entering the room, Shan saw Jedi Grand Master Vandar Tokare talking with a few other survivors of the war about when they should reveal themselves to the Sith, when she suddenly sat down in her Council seat. “Master Halcyon’s back…         with a visitor.”

Master Tokare’s ears perked up at the mention of a visitor, wondering who it could be. “Thank you for informing the other members of the Council, Master Shan. Master Atris shall be sent to greet Halcyon and see if he found anything or anyone…”

Another one of the Council members, Master Atris, rose from her seat and exited the room, walking outside to see who or what Master Halcyon had found, if he even did find something.

Upon reaching the Jedi Shuttle Halcyon had used to fly to Coruscant, Atris saw him walking towards her, with another figure with pale skin and battle-damaged red and black armor walking next to him. Grabbing a pair of Macrobinoculars, Atris saw the former Sith Emperor, Darth Malak, walking next to Marcus Halcyon.

Igniting her Lightsaber, Atris rushed towards Malak and Halcyon, thinking that Malak had turned Halcyon to the Dark Side, but when she reached them, Marcus suddenly ignited his own Lightsaber to defend himself against Atris, entering a blade-lock with her in front of Malak. “Woah, woah, WOAH!! Everything’s okay, Master Atris!!”

Atris looked at Halcyon, with a look in her eyes that was both confused and angry. “Okay? The Sith Emperor himself is standing next to you, Master Halcyon!!!” Malak just stared at Atris and Marcus, as he began to reach for his own Lightsaber, when Marcus spoke again. “I know it doesn’t seem like this, but Malak is in need of allies. I’ll explain everything once we get inside.”

At that moment, Atris broke the blade-lock and deactivated her Lightsaber alongside Halcyon, before they walked back towards the Jedi hideout with Malak. When the three of them entered The Jedi Council Chambers, Malak could see the looks of shock on the faces of all the Jedi Council members, especially Bastila Shan, who Malak had previously left for dead on Katarr ten years earlier.

“Master Halcyon, why is Emperor Malak here?” Master Tokare asked, before Malak stepped into the center of the room. “I am no longer Emperor of my Sith Empire. Through the betrayal of my Apprentice, Darth Bandon, I learned that Revan survived my betrayal onboard his flagship and from there, he’s been ruling the galaxy with a new Apprentice named Atton Rand, while I’ve been declared a Sith Exile….”

There would be murmurs among the Council for a moment, before Master Shan asked Malak a question. “So, why have you come to us now, Malak?” Malak looked at Halcyon for a moment, then back at Shan. “I have come to the last of the Jedi because I am in search of allies to dethrone Revan, knowing full well that I am not strong enough to combat him on my own.”

Master Tokare looked at the other Jedi Council members, who all nodded, even Master Shan, before they all looked back at Malak. “Though we’ve all had our differences since you, Revan, Master Halcyon, and a few others charged head-first into The Mandalorian Wars, I think it’s time to all put those disagreements aside. Now, do you all have any ideas on who else should join our fight against Revan?” Master Atris asked.

Once more, there were murmurs among the Council, before Halcyon spoke up. “Kreia could’ve been a plausible choice, but she went missing years ago and never returned. Meetra Surik is another choice and despite her losing her connection to the Force, I can still sense her presence from across the galaxy, due to her being ‘a wound in the Force.’ Maybe if we regain her trust, she can help us…”

3,946 BBY - Korriban, Sith Fortress

Inside the Sith Fortress on Korriban, Emperor Revan would be staring out the window, having received word that Yuthura Ban and the Sith strike team he sent to kill his former Apprentice, Malak, had been killed on Coruscant. The Sith Emperor would be staring at the fleet looming in the sky, when he suddenly heard an old woman’s voice echo in his head. “Hello, Revan….”

Standing up and turning around, Revan saw his old Jedi mentor, Kreia, sitting down on another chair, wearing brown robes and having a blue hue around her. “Master Kreia…     why have you come here now?” Kreia stood up and walked towards Revan, feeling another dark presence trying to take control of him.

“I sense the battle you are having with what you call a mysterious entity, my old Padawan. You cannot fight against the spirit of…   the true Sith, forever.” Under his mask, Revan glared at Kreia, as he felt that mysterious darkness surging through his mind, still trying to mysteriously possess him for whatever reason. “I eliminated those pretenders on Dromund Kaas. Now, I rule the galaxy unchallenged!”

Kreia hung her head low, as she continued to feel that darkness through the Force, knowing what it was, but refusing to speak of it. “Malak said it himself when you and him first found that Starmap on Rakata Prime. If you and your best friend passed beyond that door, you could never go back and oh, how correct he was..”

Revan clenched his fists tightly, remembering how he abandoned using The Star Forge once he moved the capitol of his Sith Empire to Korriban. “Malak is of no further use to me. He killed my original body and served the punishment he needed. Now, he shall be crushed once my Empire finds him!!”

Kreia sighed heavily, remembering how Revan and several other Jedi charged into The Mandalorian Wars and fought some of the bloodiest battles the galaxy had ever seen until Malachor V. “Then my Apprentice is truly dead. Goodbye, your highness…”
