Imagine if you are Dave Filoni, you have now the hard job to lead the saga and create what's going to happen in the future. This is just what i would do in his place:

First of all, i will divide The Mandalorian and the Sequels into two different timelines (as time passes, people will understand more why they are separate than together). This decision doesn't mean that i will not expand the sequel stuff for the ones that like it. But first let's analyze the Mando timeline.

1) The Book of Boba Fett: I will bring stuff from Legends back into canon (especially Shadows of the Empire). The main villian will be Prince Xizor, now the main ruler of the Underworld. The hutts (under Rotta and Jabba's father), Crimson Dawn (now with Qi'ra in charge) and many more criminal syndicates (including a friendly pirate) will make an appearance. The Empire Remnant won't be the main focus (kinda like Solo), instead we will get the New Republic (now in charge, and to add some stuff for the Rangers show). Many possibilities in here, like Boba vs Han Solo part 100 (and they being friends later on leaving their differences aside) and an old jedi from the prequels facing Boba.

2) Rangers of the New Republic: This show was supposed to be about Cara Dune, Bo, Mayfield and the gang fighting against the Remnant. But that can´t happen (i mean, it still could but a huge change inside Lucasfilm must happen to bring Gina back, this doesn't mean that we can get the other characters in the show somehow). In this case, i will change it to a Rebels sequel (but live action instead of animated). All the Ghost Crew coming back to deal with a special enemy that is gathering and building a strong Empire subfaction (Empire of the Hand). Thrawn's subordinates will be the main focus (with Gideon being part of it as well), and building up for a Heir to The Empire adaption. 

3) Ahsoka: This show will be divided in two: Ahsoka learning more about the force itself (talking to Anakin's force ghost, meeting Luke and other jedi survivors of order 66), and hunting down imperial warlords in her search for Ezra and Thrawn. This is an episode that i wrote for the series in case you want to check it out (i have other episodes in mind as well, time to make them): 

4) Thrawn and Ezra Show: This one will be the full vision of Zahn (him being the one to write the script). Touching the mayor threat in the Unknown Regions, a special planet from the old times (Rakata Prime), and building up that threat that is coming to reclaim the whole galaxy (kinda like the MCU did with Thanos). Ezra and Thrawn interacting together (first as enemies, then as allies), Ezra training the Chiss girls in the ways of the force.

5) 501st: I already give some stuff that i have in mind for this show in here: 

But to resume it, it will be about the 501st after Endor, now without a strong leader to guide them, they must find their place in this chaotic time, fight the New Republic's tyranny under a new leadership, and conquer the Outer Rim from Crime Syndicates (a small introduction to Xizor as well).

6) Luke's Jedi Academy: Adapting the great story of the Legend game Jedi Knight series, Mara Jade will be the main antagonist. Luke at this moment is creating his academy and must face the Emperor's hand, and eventually fall in love with her. Luke will have the help of Kyle Katarn (the same story for him).

Future for this timeline: After the adaption of Heir to The Empire (which takes 2-3 years after Mando), i will bring the unknown threat (Unknown army, consists its main forces with Grysk warriors; then as special unit we have the Vong (i will lower their amount but maintain all their features still intact from Legends); the elite of the elite (taking the place as force users) will be the Rakata warriors; and finally their leader (someone that i just still insist but i dont see somebody else as the current one) being the Mother). This one will take 5 years, we will get Thrawn with the rest of his fleet teaming up with the New Republic to defeat this enemy, Luke leading the 501st (with Rex and the rest of the stormtroopers), TIEs fighting alongside X-Wings, and more.

At the end, The galaxy will be at peace, no jedi or sith, just the force. Luke's teachings will be more global, not only the old jedi way but adapting the dark side and how to control it (the idea of the jedaai in mind). The remnant and the New republic will make a real truce, forming the Galactic Alliance (with empire, chiss, rebels, and more leaders together for the same purpose), a unified army and ships.

Later on, i will adapt George's sequel idea with Talon and Krayt instead of Maul (happening some time after the Unknown War), starting a Second Galactic Civil War.

Now with the plans that i have for the Sequel timeline:

1) Ben Solo - Kylo Ren show: This will start before Ep 7, tie in with the other story "Apprendice" that is almost in the same timeline, with Adam Driver coming back to portrait Ben, we will see his training under Luke, his dark thoughts more in detail, Snoke introduction and the Knights of Ren.

2) Lando: I put the Lando show here because of the rumours that this could be with two Landos: one young post Solo, and the older Lando after Ep IX. This will be exactly that, with the old Lando telling stories of his young version, and trying to find his daughter, now the ruler of Bespin (under the First Order).

3) Apprendice: Set years before TFA (starts 10 years after Endor up until TFA), we will follow the journey of Jaden Vroor, the first apprendice of Snoke. We will se how Snoke train him (with corrupting not only his soul, but his mind as well), his eventful mission to carry a vengueance towards the New Republic (a corrupt government, not protective of small colonies raided by pirates), the Jedi (his old and wise Jedi Master, which he will hunt down for years) and more. A very dark serie (almost like Clone Wars), with 3 seasons atleast (the first before TFA, second during the movies, and the third after IX). This is a small episode as well (based on a dream that i had, and to get an idea of what you can see in this one): 

Future of the timeline: Most of the previous timeline will be the same, the difference will be that Thrawn failed in preventing the Unknown invasion to happen (he was taken down by the New Republic), the Chiss alone, without their hero and the help of the NR face this unknown threat (perdure for 30 years until they are defeated and controlled by the Vong). After Ep IX, the Unknown Fleet arrive to the galaxy to reclaim it, destroying key planets like Naboo, Coruscant, Kashyyyk, and Yavin IV. Without a unify army to challenge them, the reign of terror and carnage begins. Almost all the heroes and villians die in here (a dark ending for the saga, not even Rey alone could take them). 

This would lead in Ahsoka and Jaden going inside the World Between Words (to change this dark fate). Jaden will see an eventful event, and will interfere with the timeline itself (breaking it and creating the What ifs series, the same scene that we got in Rebels but like Ezra going inside the portal). An open ending but with an almost retcon to see the differences between the two timelines.

Extras:

Andor: With the rumor Josh gave us in Monday's Stream (which is strange, i mean Andor is dead post Rouge One, i don´t see the serie being after RO). So instead, i see Yularen being the big bad (the ISB fully involved), Tarkin, Palps, Vader and many iconic Empire figures making an appearance. We will get the vives of spy movies (like 007) and the Dark Side of the Rebel Alliance (with Saw Guerrera committing war crimes).

The Acolyte: For the fans of the Old Republic and ancient times, this serie will bring back a few characters back. The origins of Plagueis (before Palps) , Plagueis master (could be the one for Ep IX duel of fates or Tenebrous), mentions of Bane, Revan and other Dark Side force users. The main character i have still doubs on who should be (either a nightsister (Mother Talzin), Zannah (Bane's apprendice), or a corrupt jedi (the blonde girl from the High Republic stories)).
