When the Havoc Marauder passed by the Imperial fleet, Rex could see what looked to be a repurposed battering-ram cannon from The Clone Wars mounted towards the edge of the hole that led to the Zaun Undercity below the crust of the already dystopian planet. Rex felt sorry for all the innocent people that had to watch their homeworld get taken over by the Empire. ‘Soon, they’ll be free…’

Echo turned to Rex and the rest of the Batch from inside the cockpit, as they approached a tram that appeared to be carrying natural resources from what little nature was on Zaun towards the ore cannon. “We’re approaching the cannon. Shall we turn the cloaking systems off and attack them firsthand?” 

Rex pondered Echo’s question for a moment, until Wrecker raised his hand and Echo sighed. “Yes, Wrecker. You can use that rocketlauncher from Serreno AND some explosives to take out the tram and whoever’s guarding the cannon. I’m sure the cannon’s already fully loaded with Zaun’s natural resources anyway..”

Wrecker’s face turned to joy, before Echo turned towards the cockpit. “Turning off cloaking systems…       now!!” Tech said, as the ramp to the Marauder opened and Wrecker grabbed a rcoketlauncher he had acquired years ago on Serreno, then aimed it towards one of the cars to the tram. “BOOM!!!!” Wrecker roared inside his helmet, as he fired a massive rocket towards the tram car and watched it explode, causing the entire tram to steer right off it’s track.

This managed to alert any Imperials guarding the ore cannon, as Rex ignited his Lightsaber and jumped out of the Marauder with Wrecker, Hunter, and an older Omega, who was now all grown up and wore repurposed Stormtrooper armor. “We have a Jedi, two Clones, and a teenage girl that just disrupted the tram. Open fire!”

The Stormtroopers then opened fire on Rex, Hunter, Omega, and Wrecker, but Wrecker quickly took care of 3 of the troopers with another rocket that sent them flying away from the cannon. Then, Wrecker grabbed one of the Stormtroopers by the arm and threw him into another trooper, as their helmets were knocked anyway and revealed the faces of…      Clones? 

Rex turned to Hunter, as the two Stormtroopers began to get back up. “Set your blaster to stun! Those two troopers are one of US!!” Upon seeing the faces of the two Stormtroopers, Hunter set his blaster to stun, then turned to Wrecker, who was about to fire another rocket towards the Stormtroopers. “Wrecker, stop. Those Stormtroopers are Clones!”

Wrecker then saw the faces of the Stormtroopers and lowered his rocket, allowing Hunter to quickly stun them, as Rex deactivated his Lightsaber and got inside the hatch of the cannon, knocking the Imperial operating the cannon unconscious and aiming the cannon towards the spot where he knew the shipyard’s reactor core was located.

“Ready…   aim..    FIRE!” Rex said, as he fired a massive ball of fire from the cannon towards the shipyard, watching it hit the station directly where he aimed it and then saw it explode, alongside any Star Destroyers that were currently under construction, before large debris fell from the sky and crashed onto Zaun’s surface, one of them being a massive cargo container that hit the crashed tram and tumbled towards the edge of the hole that lead to Zaun’s Undercity, but thankfully didn’t fall in.

Rex got out of the cannon and walked towards the smoking cargo container. He had seen Aurebesh writing labeled on the container for a brief moment and now wanted to take a look to see if the Aurebesh writing meant anything. When Rex took a closer look at the Aurebesh, he managed to translate it to Mustafar - obsidian ore for the Dark Lord’s castle.

Rex then saw one of the Imperials on Zaun trying to escape and pulled the officer towards him with the Force, grabbing him by the chest and holding him close to the smoking cargo container. “What is in THIS!? Why was it shipped to Mustafar before it came here???” 

The Officer tried escaping, but Hunter held his blaster towards the head of the Imperial, forcing him to speak to Rex. “That cargo is filled with obsidian ore to repair Lord Vader’s fortress on Mustafar…” Upon hearing that Vader had a castle on Mustafar, Rex let go of the Imperial and allowed Hunter to stun him. “We need to tell Senators Organa and Mothma about this at once..”
