In "the machine in the Ghost" Chopper blows up a TIE-Fighter, so that's 1 kill.
In the season 1 premiere he blew up three more TIE-Fighters, so that's 4 kills total.
In episode 4 Chopper attempted to murder Ezra, but he was unsuccessful.
In episode 5 he blew up the leg of an AT-DP, that likely only resulted in non fatal injuries though.
In episode 11 he committed cold blooded murder against another Astromech, then shoved its lifeless carcass into the sewer.
In episode 13 he opened an airlock, causing 4 Stormtroopers to suffer a gruesome death in the vacuum of space. So now that's 8 kills total. In the same episode he also pushed a completely innocent Astromech out of the cargo hold, completely unprovoked. Likely causing it to aimlessly wander the Lothal plains until running out of power.
In season 2 episode 8 he turned the gravity off, then on again, causing three Imperials to plummet to their deaths. He also tried to kill Ezra, but was unsuccessful once again. In the same episode he also sabotaged the Indictor, causing it to explode and take two Imperial Cruisers down with it. The Indictor seemed roughly the same size as an Imperial I-Class Star Destroyer, according to the Wiki those have over 37,000 crewmembers, and an additional 9,700 Stormtroopers. Which makes a total of just under 47,000 people. Add the crew of the two Imperial Light Cruisers, and I'd say that's at least 50,000 kills. So that's 50,008 kills total.
In season 2 episode 9 he suggested that they blew up a force sensitive baby, but Zeb wouldn't let him go through with it.
In season 2 episode 16 Chopper once again murders a fellow Astromech, but at least this time he doesn't desecrate its corpse.
In season 2 episode 18 Chopper detached a cargo hold containing at least 7 Stormtroopers, leaving them stranded in space. Assuming that they weren't rescued, that gives him a total of 50,015 kills.
In the season 3 premiere, Chopper shot down a Mining Guild Tie-Fighter, giving him a total of 50,016 kills. He also destroyed another droid.
In season 3 episode 4 he blows up Hera's home, my guess is that he killed at least two dozen Stormtroopers, and possibly some Twi'leks in the kitchen.

TLDR: The total tally is 19 confirmed & direct kills, 49,997 estimated indirect kills using sabotage, and 20 estimated kills using explosives. He also killed 3 fellow Astromechs, and one other droid. He also tried to kill Erza twice, and suggested infanticide once.

And this was just seasons 1-3!
