HUGE NEWS Star Wars EPISODE 9 WORKING TITLE Reveal and What it could Mean! (SPOILERS)
The next Star Wars trilogy movie’s working title has been revealed according to the Fantha Tracks website. This is the same site that revealed the working titles of Rogue One (Los Alamos), The Last Jedi (Space Bear) and Solo (Red Cup), so it definitely sounds legit. They go on to say:
“Fantha Tracks can exclusively reveal that Episode IX is being produced under the business name of Carbonado Industries (UK) Ltd. A business first intended for the Solo production – for obvious carbon freezing reasons. The working title for Episode IX will be Black Diamond – the common name of Carbonado”.
The website goes on to quote this from Wikipedia:
“Carbonado, commonly known as the “black diamond“, is the toughest form of natural diamond. It is an impure form of polycrystalline diamond consisting of diamond, graphite, and amorphous carbon. It is found primarily in alluvial deposits in the Central African Republic and in Brazil. Its natural colour is black or dark grey, and it is more porous than other diamonds”.
So, what has the name Black Diamond got to do with Star Wars? You guys who’ve been following the Star Wars Theory YouTube channel probably know what I’m going to say, but for you new guys; what character from The Last Jedi wears a black diamond ring? Yep, you got it. Snoke.
If we reel back to yesterday’s Star Wars Theory video “What Really Happened to Snoke in The Last Jedi“, I go into detail as to why I think he’s dead. In my view, the new working title confirms what I suspect.
Anyway guys, be sure to check out the video below for more details on this huge news. You can comment on the channel, here in the comments section, or in the website’s forums. You can also chat with other Star Wars fans in the updated chat feature.
Thanks for reading this article and watching the video and as always my Jedi and Sith friends, MTFBWY!
